Sculpted Abs Workout
Just in time for Christmas, here is your barre abs workout- it's only 12 minutes, so you can definitely squeeze it in between Holiday parties, gift wrapping, and family time- no excuses! It'll help you reach your upper, mid, and lower abdominal regions. Grab a pillow and fold it in half if you don't have a small Pilates ball, and let's get started...
Ok- now ideally, you would repeat as many times as you can until you reach fatigue. Don't sacrifice your form though. As soon as you can no longer maintain your proper alignment, you've reached fatigue. Fight through the shake, but don't fight through improper form. At that point, you've reached your maximum potential for results, so relax and tell yourself 'nice work' for the day :) Repeat the video again in a day or two, and in another day or two, and then in another. It won't happen over night, but in a week or so you'll start to see those amazing changes in your strength and in your body.
