Your 30 Minute Workout: no equipment needed
Everyone knows that you burn calories with cardio, and also that muscle burns calories- this workout has a little of each, so it's perfect for zapping fat! The glutes are one of the biggest muscle groups of the body, giving them lots of calorie burning potential! Plus, it seems like everyone these days wants to work on their backside :)
You don't need any equipment at all, just a little space, some motivating music, and a smart phone (or stopwatch)! On my iPhone, it's a feature of the "clock" application:
